tony and his staff are very helpful with everything. they are more than happy to go the extra mile! the service is fast and efficient with reasonable prices. they are real accomodating to my schedule and they have loaner cars when you cant just drop your car off.

I was recommended to come to The Shop by a good friend when we moved to Waterloo, and we love it!! The things I enjoy most is that they're extremely flexible and service is quick. I enjoy getting the inspection notes after my visit to see what issues will need taken care of soon, and which ones as urgent. The Shop does great work. Was actually referred here by a transmission shop that wasn't willing to replace my manual transmission. The shop did it quickly and honored their warranty when my throw out bearing seized. I would happily recommend this repair shop to anyone.

Just had my car's starter replaced at The Shop, and just really appreciate what a great job they do.
