Love this place! We are new customers to the shop and our recent (3) experiences have been above and beyond. I was impressed with the free vehicle inspection that they offered to do after we called to learn more about how much it would cost to do the undercoating on a truck we were looking to buy. After purchasing the truck we had the undercoating done (which looks awesome!) and one of the techs called a few weeks later to make sure we were still happy with it and if we had found any areas we wanted touched up. I was blown away that they even called to follow up. Everyone has been so helpful, honest, and friendly, especially with our 2 young boys who are often with us when we have been to the shop. Our boys love to go there to see the dog, play the pac man game, and get candy out of the machine :) Our current mechanic is nearing retirement and I'm happy to say I think we've found our replacement!

I went in for a free oil change and an inspection, they found something seriously wrong with my car that would have been dangerous to keep driving. They were able to fix it that day so I could drive the two hour trip home the next day. I really appreciated that because it relieved what could have been a huge headache later on. On top of this, they cleaned and vacuumed my car out for me. What a pleasent surprise!

Always honest about the needs of your vehicle, prices are much lower than in town CF/Wloo, friendly and knowledgeable mechanics have always done a good job on my vehicles from basic oil changes and exhaust work to complete transmission replacement. They also leave a little treat like fresh baked cookies, a new ice scraper, popcorn, and coupons in your car.

Excellent service, called in about my vehicle having a major issue, they had it fixed and running fast. Definitely taking my vehicles there again.

Car was stuck in snow and then damaged when traveling from out of town. This shop was recommended by a tow truck driver and they were aware of my situation and how I was trying to travel home. Were very clear, helpful and careful when fixing my vehicle. If I'm ever in need of repair or broke down in the area again would only use them.

We've been using The Shop for several years now. I always get great advice from Tony along with an excellent description of what was found, what options are available and what he would recommend. The Shop provides great service and excellent value.

Tony and his crew have always come through for us, whether it's routine maintenance or significant issues. The work has always been completed in a timely manner and at very reasonable costs. He explains the work that was done and you leave confident that your car is ready to go! We'd highly recommend The Shop!
